Ekland Iced Tea Forest Fruit is an instant black tea drink in granules, flavoured with aronia, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry juice powders and a little hibiscus, which gives the cup its deep red colour. Four teaspoons in a glass of cold water make a sweet, fruity iced tea in seconds, and the same spoonful works in hot water on a cold day. Each 350g jar makes around seventeen cups. How to use it
Add about 4 teaspoons (20g) to a cup or glass, pour over hot or cold water and stir until the granules dissolve. For iced tea, fill the glass with ice first and top up with chilled water, or make a jug for the table and add frozen berries or a few mint leaves. Adjust the number of spoons to taste, as the granules are already sweetened.
