Diamond Foods Sea Food Mix is a ready mix of squid and prawns, frozen together in a 320g bag. Squid makes up 70% and prawns 30%, so you get tender rings and tentacles alongside sweet peeled prawns, all ready for a quick seafood fried rice, noodles, pasta or curry. How to use it
Thaw in the fridge and drain well. Seafood cooks very quickly, so add the mix near the end: stir fry over a high heat with garlic, chilli and spring onion for 3 to 4 minutes, toss into a seafood fried rice or kothu, or simmer briefly in a coconut curry. Heat through until piping hot.
