Complan

Complan is a powdered milk drink best known in India, where it is a long-established breakfast brand found in many family kitchens. It is mixed with milk or water into a creamy, flavoured drink, and its familiar tins and packs have been part of Indian mornings for a long time.

Some cooks stir a spoonful into sheera or kheer for extra flavour. In winter it is often served warm before bed, and in summer it goes over ice with a splash of cold milk.
