Complan Pista Badam is a milk drink powder for school age children, made with 51.9% milk solids and flavoured with pistachio, almond and cardamom. Each 33g serving is two heaped tablespoons, mixed into warm or cold milk or water for a creamy glass at breakfast or after school. How to use it
Put 2 heaped tablespoons (about 33g) into a glass. Add a little warm or cold milk or water and stir until smooth and creamy, then top up with more milk or water and stir again. The pack suggests a glass twice a day. Once the inner pouch is open, tip the powder into an air tight container and keep it closed in a cool, dry cupboard.
