Chicago Town Takeaway Stuffed Crust Loaded Cheese is a frozen pizza built for a takeaway night at home. The crust is stuffed with Chicago Town's tomato sauce, and the base is loaded with mozzarella, mature Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Emmental over a layer of tomato sauce, for a melty, stretchy four cheese bite. How to use it
Cook from frozen and keep the pizza frozen until ready to bake. Remove all packaging, place the pizza on a baking tray and put it on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven: fan oven 180°C for 16 to 21 minutes, conventional oven 200°C/400°F for 16 to 21 minutes, or gas mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Rotate the tray halfway through. Make sure it is thoroughly cooked, with the cheese melted and lightly browned and a golden crust edge, then let it stand for 2 minutes before cutting. Take care, as the topping and the tomato sauce in the crust will be extremely hot.
