Chai Xpress Herbal Ginger Tea is a single ingredient herbal tea: 100% ginger, packed in 25 tea bags and naturally caffeine free. The cup is warm, peppery and clean, with the bite of fresh ginger and none of the tannin of black tea, and the tea won a Great Taste award in 2013. How to use it
Heat water to about 70°C, just below the boil, pour it over a bag and leave it to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. It is best drunk without milk; a slice of lemon or a spoon of honey suits it well. Brew two bags in a pot and drop one into a cup of masala chai for an extra ginger kick, or chill a strong brew for a ginger iced tea.
