Balaji Two Slices Cucumber & Mint Sandwich is a ready made grilled sandwich filled with cucumber, potato and a mint flavoured mayonnaise, lightly seasoned with coriander, between two slices of bread. It is made with no onion and no garlic, and it comes with two chutneys to serve on the side: a spicy green chilli and peanut chutney and a sweet tomato chutney. How to use it
Defrost the sandwich in the microwave for 1 minute on high, or at room temperature for 30 to 40 minutes. Then either heat a pan, take the sandwich off its tray and cook it, flipping until golden brown, or grill it at 220 to 250°F for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on your grill. Serve hot with the chutneys. The chutneys should be melted before serving; do not microwave them. A cool, fresh tasting option for lunch boxes and snacks.
