Balaji Sattvapurna Home Style Paratha is a plain Indian flatbread made the way it is at home, from a short list of wheat flour, water, refined wheat flour, corn oil, sugar and salt. It cooks up soft with golden brown patches, ready to tear and dip into dal, curry or sabzi. Each pack holds 6 parathas of 60g from the frozen Sattvapurna range by Balaji Wafers of Rajkot, Gujarat. How to use it
Take a frozen paratha out of the bag and place it on a preheated pan or tawa. Cook on a medium heat for about 2 minutes, gently moving the paratha around the pan with even pressure. Flip it over and repeat until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan and serve hot. For best results the pack suggests a little ghee or butter on top before serving. Enjoy with aloo sabzi, chole, paneer curry or a simple bowl of yoghurt and pickle.
