Viswas Wheat Porotta is a catering pack of 10 large, flaky porottas from Viswas of Kottayam, Kerala, made for busy kitchens, parties and family gatherings. The ingredients are wheat flour, refined vegetable oil, water and salt, and the label states the porottas are free from artificial colours, flavouring and preservatives. How to use it
The pack says to remove the porotta from the pack and defrost it, then microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes and serve hot. Warm only as many as you need and keep the rest frozen. Serve with chicken curry, beef fry, egg roast or vegetable kurma.
