How to use it
Defrost the spring rolls thoroughly before use. Deep fry them in hot oil until golden and crisp, then make sure they are piping hot throughout before serving. Fry in batches so the oil stays hot, drain on kitchen paper and serve with chutney, sweet chilli sauce or a yoghurt dip.
