Nisa's Hot & Spicy Chicken Mini Fillets are tender pieces of chicken breast in a crisp, golden breadcrumb, seasoned with a bold blend of chilli, paprika and pepper for a gentle fiery kick. Chicken breast makes up 58% of the recipe, and the fillets come frozen in a 600g bag from Nisa's Homemade Recipes of East London. How to use it
Cook from frozen. Oven: preheat to 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 7, place the fillets on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning half way through. Air fryer: set to 180°C, place the fillets in a single layer, spray with a small amount of cooking oil and cook for 11 to 12 minutes, turning half way. Deep fry: preheat oil to 180°C or 350°F and fry for 5 to 6 minutes until crispy and golden. Ensure they are cooked and piping hot throughout before serving, and do not reheat.
