How to use it
Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp, and ensure the samosas are piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with mint yoghurt, tamarind or green chutney and a squeeze of lemon, alongside chana chaat or a fresh salad.
