How to use it
The pack says to cook before eating and not to refreeze after thawing. Thaw and drain, then add to a hot pan with garlic, chilli and spring onion for a seafood fried rice or noodles, stir into a tomato pasta sauce, or simmer briefly in a coconut seafood curry. Squid turns tough if overcooked, so cook it quickly.
