Extended life is the grade refined to stand up to being used more than once, and it is why this KTC size sits behind as many takeaway counters as home hobs. Note this one is refined soya bean oil; the KTC Extended Life Rapeseed Oil 5L is the alternative.
How to use it
It is neutral, so nothing of the oil reaches the plate: bhajis, samosas, puri, chips, anything where the spice is meant to lead.

One thing to read before you buy. This is refined soya bean oil, the soya is genetically modified, and soya is a declarable allergen. If either matters in your kitchen, the KTC Extended Life Rapeseed Oil 5L does the same job without either.

Store at ambient temperature, off the floor, in a clean dry area. Keep away from odorous materials and direct sunlight. Do not stand the bottle on a hot surface, keep it upright, and do not pour used oil back into it.
