Kellogg's Special K The Original is a light, crispy flake made from toasted rice and wholewheat with a touch of barley, fortified with B vitamins, iron and vitamin D. It has a delicate malty crunch and is low in fat, a simple, lighter breakfast that keeps well in milk. The 440g box holds about fourteen 30g servings. How to use it
Serve a 30g bowl with cold milk or yoghurt and add fresh fruit such as strawberries, banana or blueberries. Sprinkle a handful over yoghurt for a crunchy topping, or enjoy a small bowl dry as a light snack. Close the inner bag after use to keep the flakes crisp.
