HQ Hariyali Chicken Charcoal Kebabs are ready cooked kebabs of minced halal chicken in a fresh green hariyali seasoning of coriander, mint, green chilli, garlic and ginger, finished with red chilli, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cumin. Chicken makes up 65% of the recipe, with no flour or binder in the ingredient list, and each kebab has the char of the grill. How to use it
Microwave: reheat at 1000 watts for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: preheat the grill to a medium temperature and cook the kebabs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven: preheat to 180°C fan, 200°C or Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are fully heated throughout before serving. Wrap in a warm naan with sliced red onion, lemon and mint chutney, or serve with rice and salad.
