HQ Chicken Charcoal Kebabs from the Signature Range are ready cooked kebabs of minced halal chicken, gram flour and onion, seasoned with garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander and fenugreek and a warm blend of red chilli, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cumin. Chicken makes up 65% of the recipe, and each kebab carries the smoky look of the charcoal grill. How to use it
Microwave: reheat at 1000 watts for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: preheat the grill to a medium temperature and cook the kebabs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven: preheat to 180°C fan, 200°C or Gas Mark 6 and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are fully heated throughout before serving. Serve in naan or paratha with salad, onion and mint yoghurt, or alongside rice and chutney for a quick family meal.
