HQ Chicken Charcoal Kebabs are ready cooked kebabs of minced halal chicken, bound with gram flour and seasoned with onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander and fenugreek. Chicken makes up 65% of the recipe, warmed through with red chilli, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, cloves and cumin, with 1.3g of fat and 17g of protein per 100g. How to use it
Microwave: reheat at 1000 watts for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: pre-heat the grill to medium and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven: pre-heat to 180°C fan, 200°C or gas mark 6, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are fully heated throughout before serving. Wrap in a warm naan or paratha with salad and chutney, or serve with rice, dal and a yoghurt raita.
