HQ Breaded Chicken Steaks are tender chicken steaks in golden, crunchy breadcrumbs, seasoned with natural spices and a hint of onion. Chicken makes up 57% of the recipe and the wheat and maize crumb bakes up crisp and even, a good fit for burger nights and quick family dinners. How to use it
For best results, cook from frozen. Air fryer: pre-heat to 180°C, place the steaks in the basket and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket once. Oven: pre-heat to 220°C fan, place the steaks on a pre-heated baking tray and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, turning once. Deep fry: pre-heat oil to 180°C and fry for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and serve. Serve in a bun with lettuce and a squeeze of lemon, or with chips, rice or salad.
