Haldiram's Minute Khana Phulka Roti value pack holds 30 thin, soft whole wheat rotis, packed as three bags of ten so the family always has fresh rotis ready in the freezer. Each roti is made with just whole wheat flour, water, sunflower oil and salt, with whole wheat flour making up 68% of the dough. How to use it
Cook from frozen. On the stovetop, take a roti from the bag, peel off the plastic sheet and heat it on a preheated non-stick pan or tawa for about 30 seconds, flipping once; turn it over and repeat until both sides are soft, then serve hot. In the microwave, place the roti in a closed microwavable container and heat on high for 20 seconds; do not overheat or it may turn stiff. Serve with dal, sabzi, curries or rolled around a kebab.
