Haldiram's Minute Khana Methi Paratha is a whole wheat flatbread spiced with fenugreek leaves, the slightly bitter, aromatic methi paratha loved across Gujarat and Punjab, ready to cook from frozen. Fenugreek leaves make up 10% of the dough, with fresh ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric, mango powder and a pinch of ajwain for warmth. How to use it
Cook from frozen. Take a paratha from the bag and place it on a preheated tawa or pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, moving it on the pan with gentle, even pressure. Turn it over and repeat until both surfaces are golden brown, then serve hot once heated through. Serve with plain yoghurt, mango pickle, a cup of masala chai or a dry potato sabzi.
