Haldiram's Minute Khana Homestyle Paratha is a multi layered whole wheat flatbread, grilled to a crisp and soft texture just like the parathas rolled and folded at home. It is made with only four ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, sunflower oil and salt, so it suits everything from a weekday curry to a weekend breakfast. How to use it
Cook from frozen. Take a paratha from the bag and place it on a preheated tawa or pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, moving it on the pan with gentle, even pressure. Turn it over and repeat until both sides are golden brown, then serve hot once heated through. Serve with paneer butter masala, aloo sabzi, egg bhurji or a simple pickle and yoghurt.
