Funky Soul Spices Parsley is dried parsley leaf in a 9g glass jar with a flip top shaker lid. The flakes are bright green and light, with the fresh, grassy taste of parsley that suits almost any savoury dish. How to use it
Sprinkle parsley over soups, omelettes, roast potatoes and buttered vegetables just before serving for colour and a green, clean flavour. Stir it into stuffing, meatballs, fish cakes and breadcrumb coatings, or mix it with butter and garlic for garlic bread. Add a spoonful to a pot of rice, pasta salad or tabbouleh style grain salad. Use about a third of the amount you would of fresh parsley.
