Fudco Salted Roasted Daria in the 700g bag is whole Bengal gram roasted crisp and seasoned with salt and turmeric, the same daria as the smaller pack in a size for families who get through a jar a week. How to use it
Fill a jar for the tea table and refill it from the bag. Mix daria with roasted peanuts, cornflakes chevdo or sev for a homemade namkeen, or toss a few handfuls with onion, tomato, coriander, lemon and chaat masala for chana chaat. Add them to a lunchbox or a bowl of bhel for extra crunch. They are already salted, so season anything they go into with care.
