How to use it
Warm half a teaspoon to a teaspoon in hot oil for a few seconds, until the oil turns red, then add onions, tomatoes or spices. Mix it into yoghurt marinades for chicken, lamb or paneer, or sprinkle it over a finished dal tadka for colour. The pack says to cook before eating, so add it during cooking.
