Fudco Fried Crispy Onion is sliced onion fried golden brown and crisp, the birista that takes half an hour of careful stirring to make at home. How to use it
Layer handfuls between the rice and meat in a biryani, scatter it over pulao, haleem, dal and kadhi before serving, or crush some into a korma or kebab mince for a sweeter, deeper base. It also tops salads, burgers and rice bowls straight from the bag.
