Fudco Daria Mahabaleshwari Black is roasted black chana with the skin left on, the dark, crunchy roasted gram eaten by the handful as a teatime snack. How to use it
Eat it as it comes with tea, or toss it with chopped onion, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and chaat masala for a quick chana chaat. A spoonful in a bowl of bhel or a tiffin of mixed namkeen adds crunch.
