How to use it
Put one tea bag in a cup or pot for each person and pour on freshly boiled water. Brew for 2 to 3 minutes, then take the bag out and add milk and sugar to taste. For a quick masala chai, simmer two bags in a pan with milk, water, crushed cardamom and a slice of ginger for a few minutes, then strain.
