Dr. Oetker Original Pudding Chocolate is a short list of cornflour, low fat cocoa and flavouring that cooks with milk into a smooth, dark chocolate pudding. One 50g sachet and half a litre of milk set into about four portions, and the pack suggests 2 to 3 spoons of sugar, so you can keep it less sweet if you like. It is the old fashioned set pudding, turned out of a mould or spooned straight from the bowl. Find more dessert powders in our Pudding Mix range.
How to use it
Mix the sachet with 2 to 3 spoons of sugar and 4 spoons of milk from the 500ml. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, take it off the heat and stir in the mixture. Boil again on a low heat for about a minute, stirring gently until it thickens evenly. Pour into moulds or bowls rinsed with cold water and leave to cool. Top with sliced banana, orange segments or a little whipped cream.
