Dealicious Mealz Crispy Paratha is a family pack of 20 layered parathas, the flaky, crisp edged flatbread enjoyed across Pakistan, India and the Gulf, where it also goes by fatira. Each paratha is made with wheat flour and margarine, rolled into thin layers and frozen between plastic sheets, ready to cook straight from the freezer in a frying pan. How to use it
Do not defrost, as defrosting makes the dough sticky. Take a paratha from the freezer, peel off both plastic layers and place it on a preheated non stick frying pan. Cook on a slow heat for half a minute, turn it over and cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes, then turn again and cook for half a minute more. While cooking, gently press down both sides from the middle and rotate the paratha until it turns golden brown. Serve with karahi, keema or chana, or with an omelette and a cup of chai for breakfast.
