Crown Chicken Seekh Kebabs are minced chicken skewers, charcoal grilled and frozen in a 1kg bag of 15. Minced chicken makes up 80% of the recipe, mixed with onion, chickpea flour, ginger, garlic, coriander and a blend of herbs and spices, then grilled for a smoky edge. Because they are already grilled, they need only a few minutes in a pan or microwave to heat through, which makes them a quick choice for wraps, rice plates and party platters. How to use it
Cook from frozen. In the pan, heat a little fat in a coated frying pan and fry the frozen kebabs at a high heat for approx. 3 to 5 minutes, turning several times, then drain on kitchen paper. In the microwave, heat the frozen kebabs in a microwave safe dish with a lid for approx. 1 to 2 minutes at 600 watts, then leave to cool for approx. 2 minutes at room temperature. Serve in naan or paratha with sliced onion, salad and mint chutney, or alongside rice and dal.
