Cream of the Crop Garden Peas are sweet, tender garden peas, freshly frozen to lock in their natural goodness. Frozen peas cook in minutes and keep their bright green colour and sweetness, so they are always ready for a quick side or a curry. How to use it
For best results cook from frozen. Microwave (900W): place approximately 200g in a microwavable bowl with 3 tbsp of water and cover, heat for 2 minutes, stir, then cover and heat for a further 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Hob: place the required amount in boiling water, bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain. Ensure the peas are thoroughly cooked. Add them to matar paneer, aloo matar, pulao and keema, or serve buttered with fish and chips.
