Clemente Jacques jalapenos 2.8kg is a catering tin of sliced green jalapenos en escabeche, pickled in vinegar and brine with onion and garlic, made in Mexico. They are genuinely hot and ready to use straight from the tin, and taquerias, burger bars and nacho counters buy them at this size for exactly that reason. How to use it
Scatter them over nachos with cheese before the tray goes in the oven, tuck them into a torta or a burger, or chop and stir them through a chilli, a bean pot or a batch of salsa.
