CBL Lanka Soy Roast Chicken Flavoured is soya nuggets with a roast chicken curry mix and a soya sauce sachet, cooked into the dark, glossy roast style dish Sri Lankan kitchens make with chicken. The mix is a full roasted curry blend with chilli, coriander, cumin, pepper, mustard, fennel, fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, rampe, curry leaves and lemongrass. How to use it
Soak the nuggets in salted hot water, strain away the excess, wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly. Heat 10ml of oil and temper ground ginger and garlic with rampe, curry leaves, onions and green chillies. Add the soaked nuggets, the flavour mix and the soya sauce, mix well and add half a cup (100ml) of water. Cook at a low flame until the sauce coats the nuggets, then serve with rice or roti.
