Cadbury Hot Chocolate is a drinking chocolate powder in a 250g drum, made from sugar and cocoa powder with a minimum of 25% cocoa solids. It is designed to be swirled into milk for a smooth, sweet mug of hot chocolate, and the powder itself carries the Vegan logo. Each drum makes approximately 13 to 14 servings. How to use it
Swirl three heaped teaspoons, about 18g, into a mug of 200ml hot semi-skimmed milk or a milk alternative and stir. To use the microwave, mix the powder with cold semi-skimmed milk in a microwaveable mug, heat in an 800W microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for a further 30 seconds and stir again before drinking. A spoonful also adds a chocolate flavour to cake batters, buttercream and milk desserts.
