Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Loose Leaf Black Tea is the premium tea in the Brooke Bond range, described on the pack as rich and flavourful. How to use it
The pack suggests bringing fresh water to the boil and rinsing the teapot with boiling water first. Use one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup and one extra for the pot, add the hot water and let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir and serve straight away, adding milk or sugar to taste. For chai, simmer the leaves with milk, water, cardamom and ginger.
