Britannia Toastea Suji Rusk is a crisp, golden rusk made with semolina, suji, and a hint of elaichi, cardamom, for a slightly grainy crunch and a warm, fragrant sweetness. The pack promises the right level of sweetness, the substance of wheat and a mild aroma of cardamom, and each slice soaks up just enough tea without falling apart. How to use it
Dip into hot masala chai or coffee at breakfast or with an evening cup of tea. Suji rusk is also good with butter, crumbled over kheer or soaked in sweetened milk with a pinch of extra cardamom. After opening, keep the rusks in an airtight container.
