Birds Eye Value Fish Fingers are a pack of 10 fish fingers made from minced Alaska pollock in a crisp, golden breadcrumb. Fish makes up 62% of the recipe, with a coating of wheat flour, potato starch, salt, paprika, yeast and turmeric, lightly fried before freezing. How to use it
Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer. Pre-heat the oven to 230°C, fan 210°C or gas mark 8, place the fish fingers on a baking tray in the top part of the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning over halfway, until crisp and golden. To grill, pre-heat a medium grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. To air fry from frozen, cook up to 8 fish fingers at 180°C for 8 minutes, shaking halfway, then allow to stand for 2 minutes. Make sure they are piping hot, then serve with chips and peas, mash and beans, or in a sandwich.
