Birds Eye Chicken Shop Ultimate Fillet Burgers are two whole chicken breast fillets in a deliciously seasoned, crispy takeaway-style coating, made for a fakeaway night at home. Chicken breast is 60% of the recipe, the rest being the herb and spice coating, and the pack says there are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. How to use it
The burgers contain raw meat, so cook them thoroughly until piping hot. Tastiest oven baked straight from the freezer: pre-heat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C or gas mark 7, place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Alternatively, air fry from frozen at 180°C for 15 minutes with up to 2 burgers in the basket, shaking halfway, then stand for 1 minute. Serve in a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo or a crunchy slaw.
