Ardo Garden Peas Medium are sweet, tender garden peas quick-frozen soon after harvest, with no shelling and no waste. Medium-sized peas hold their shape in cooking, so they work equally well as a simple side or stirred through rice and curries. The 1kg bag keeps in the freezer for whenever you need a handful. How to use it
Cook before eating. Simmer in a pan of water for 5 to 7 minutes, or cook in a covered microwaveable bowl at 650W for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway, then drain. Use them in matar paneer, aloo matar, keema matar, pea pulao and samosa filling, or serve with fish and chips, pies and Sunday roasts.
