Ardo Chopped Spinach in Portions is finely chopped spinach, quick-frozen soon after harvest and pressed into handy pucks, so you can take out just what a recipe needs and leave the rest in the freezer. It is ready to cook with no washing, trimming or chopping, and is low in fat with fibre and protein, making it an easy way to add greens to everyday cooking. How to use it
Heat until the core reaches at least 80°C. In a pan, put the portions you need in a little water and cook over a medium heat, stirring well. In the microwave, put the frozen portions in a covered, microwaveable bowl and cook, stirring occasionally. Use it for palak paneer, saag aloo, spinach dal, palak paratha dough, omelettes, lasagne and creamy spinach pasta.
