      About Nutini

Nutini is a biscuit brand produced under licence for Meeran Ltd, a UK food company. The range is made for families and visitors: generous sandwich biscuits, assorted butter cookies and small packs for children. Halal and vegetarian marks appear across much of the range we carry, so check the individual pack if that matters to you.

Most of Nutini sits in cream biscuits: large sandwich biscuits with a creamy chocolate flavoured filling, and mini cream cookies in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, each in its own small pack. The butter cookies are in cookies, in the round blue tin that turns up at so many South Asian family gatherings, and the whole range belongs to our biscuits and cookies aisle.

The butter cookie tin is a classic gift to take when visiting family at Eid, Diwali or Christmas, and it goes round with masala chai when guests sit down. At iftar, a plate of cookies sits beside dates and fruit for the children. The mini cream cookies drop straight into a school bag or a lunchbox, and the sandwich biscuits are a filling after school snack with a glass of milk. For a party, empty a mixed handful onto a platter with sweets and nuts.

Keep opened packs folded and the tin lid on firmly so the cookies stay crisp. Once empty, the tin is famously reused for sewing kits and spices. For more to share, browse sweet biscuits and wafers.
