Fudco Roasted and Salted Jumbo Pistachios are large in-shell pistachios grown in the USA, roasted, lightly salted and packed in the UK. The split shells open easily by hand, and the bigger nuts make them a popular choice for a festive snack bowl when guests call round during Navratri, Dussehra and Diwali.
How to use it
Serve them straight from the bag in a bowl with a second dish for the shells. They sit well on a Diwali dry fruit platter beside cashews, almonds and dates, and they make a simple gift tipped into a glass jar. Shelled and chopped, the salted kernels add a savoury crunch to salads, roasted vegetables and rice dishes, though for sweets choose unsalted kernels.
