Fudco Roasted and Salted Jumbo Pistachios in the 700g bag are large American pistachios, roasted in the shell with a little salt and packed in the UK. It is the size to buy for the festive season, when bowls of nuts go out for every visitor and dry fruit platters are made up for family and friends.
How to use it
Pour into serving bowls with a separate dish for shells, or portion into small jars and boxes for Diwali gifts alongside dates and cashews. Keep the bag tightly closed between servings so the nuts stay crisp. Shelled, the salted kernels can be chopped over salads, raita or roasted vegetables, but use unsalted kernels for kheer, barfi and other sweets.
