Shafia MultiFlora Honey is natural honey collected from the agricultural and forest regions of India, where bees feed on many different blossoms through the season. The mix of flowers gives a deep amber honey with a rounded, mellow sweetness that suits everyday use. It is packed by Shafia Food Company in Gujarat in a 225g hexagonal glass jar with a black lid.
How to use it
Stir a spoonful into warm water with lemon, into ginger tea or into a glass of warm haldi milk. Drizzle it over porridge, yoghurt, pancakes or a bowl of fruit and nuts at breakfast. In festive cooking, honey glazes roasted makhana and dry fruit, sweetens a fruit chaat for a Navratri fasting meal, and adds a soft finish to rabri and shrikhand. Natural honey crystallises over time; stand the jar in warm water and it will turn runny again.
