Fudco Pumpkin Seeds in the 500g bag are hulled green pumpkin kernels for households that use seeds every day. The larger pack suits anyone who adds a spoonful to breakfast, bakes with seeds or keeps a jar of toasted mix on the counter for snacking.
How to use it
Dry roast a few handfuls at a time in a heavy pan for three to four minutes until they swell and crackle, then cool and store in a jar. Scatter over porridge, raita, kachumber and roasted vegetables, or blend toasted seeds with coriander, green chilli and lemon for a quick chutney. For a festive tin, stir toasted pumpkin seeds into melted jaggery with sesame and peanuts, press into a tray and cut into bars once set.
