TRS Black Pepper Coarse is black pepper ground to a crunchy, cracked texture. How to use it
Stir a teaspoon into rasam or pepper kuzhambu at the end of cooking so the heat stays fresh. For grills, mix with salt, ginger garlic paste and yoghurt, coat paneer tikka or chicken and leave to marinate before roasting. On Navratri fasting days, season sabudana vada, vrat aloo or samo rice khichdi with pepper, cumin and sendha namak. A pinch over fruit chaat or roasted makhana makes an easy snack for guests.
