UFC Refresh is coconut water from Thailand, not from concentrate, with more than 99 per cent coconut water and a touch of sugar under 1 per cent. It has 22kcal per 100ml, no preservatives and no added colours or flavours, and a 250ml glass gives you 26 per cent of your daily potassium. The one litre carton pours four glasses.
How to serve it
Shake the carton and serve it cold, straight or over ice with a squeeze of lime. It makes a light base for a smoothie with mango and banana, a rehydrating drink after the gym or a long day in the heat, and a better mixer than plain water for a tropical punch. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish it within three days. Like fresh coconut water, it can change colour a little over time.
