Fudco Sugar Candy Crystals are small clear crystals of mishri, the crystallised sugar used across India for prasad, after-meal mouth freshener and sweetening drinks. This 1kg bag suits temples, households that offer prasad daily and anyone stocking up for the festive season.
How to use it
Offer mishri as prasad on its own or mixed with roasted chana, or combine it with dried coconut, makhana and dry fruit for panchmeva during Navratri puja. After meals, serve a small bowl of mishri with saunf as a mouth freshener. The crystals also dissolve slowly in warm milk, chai or lemon water for a gentle sweetness, and many families keep a few to hand to soothe a dry throat.
