Soghaat Chaunsa Mango Pulp is 97% pulp from the Chaunsa mango, the Pakistani summer variety loved for its deep sweetness and smooth, almost fibre-free flesh. Only a little sugar syrup and citric acid are added. The pulp is produced in Lahore by Shezan International and imported by Nuovo Foods, and the 850g ring-pull tin brings the taste of a ripe Chaunsa to the kitchen in any season.
How to use it
Blend the pulp with chilled yoghurt, milk and a pinch of cardamom for mango lassi, or with cold milk and ice for a thick milkshake. For festive desserts, stir it into reduced milk for mango kulfi, fold it through hung curd for aamrakhand, or layer it with cream and fruit in a trifle. A spoonful over vanilla ice cream or a bowl of kheer makes a quick finish for guests. Refrigerate any leftover pulp in a covered container.
